What does "Under Review" mean?
Under Review means the refund is currently being looked into. This status may appear in the following cases: There is some clarification or verification required The request is a work in progress and will be completed within 24–48 hours The refund status is unrecognizable or not mapped in the system
What does "No Information" mean?
No Information means we currently haven’t received the refund for this booking from the airline. Once we get it, the status will be updated accordingly.
Will I see the refunded amount on this page?
Yes, if your refund has been processed, the amount will be displayed next to your booking ID.
Will any delight coupons or extra refund amounts show here?
No. Any additional refund, delight coupons, or special compensation (if offered) will not be shown on this page.
