What does "No Information" mean?

No Information means we currently haven’t received the refund for this booking from the airline. Once we get it, the status will be updated accordingly.

Will I see the refunded amount on this page?

Yes, if your refund has been processed, the amount will be displayed next to your booking ID.

Will any delight coupons or extra refund amounts show here?
